HELD AFTER THE AGM on 6th JULY 2009

Hilary welcomed everyone to the meeting

Election of committee officers
Hilary must stand down as chairman as he has held this post for 3 years.
Di proposed Nick and Val seconded – Nick accepted

Sidney Gale
It was decided that we would postpone putting on a small play until next year. We haven’t found anything suitable. Natalie will let them know.

Chideock Summer Fete
This will be held on the 16th August at 2pm – volunteers are needed and to liaise with Moira

Pantomime
Moira has some scripts and a read through will take place on the 20th July at the village hall.

Catherine will contact the performing rights society to find out about a music license.

It was decided that we would try starting rehearsals at 7pm in order to get things going early and then only rehearse once a week.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 9.10pm

The next meeting will be at val’s house on the 24th September at 7.45pm
