These were read, agreed and signed.

Matters Arising
Diana thought the idea of members meeting up for drinks and or a meal instead of a summer party was a great idea. We should make a point of socialising more.

Treasurers Report
Recent payments £63.53 for ‘ Winter Glory’ scripts
Performing license for ‘Winter Glory’ £240.00
We have £1326.35 in the bank and £28.107 in cash.

Winter Play
Nick is producing and directing ‘Winter Glory’ by Peter Coke. It will be held at Chideock Village Hall on Thursday 20th, Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd November. Tickets cost £5.00 and will be for sale at the Spar Shop Chideock and Hilary Baker.

Rehearsals are well underway. Jane Tamone is sorting out the costumes, Catherine- lights, Kris Tozer and Di Dowle props. Myrtle front of house and teas. We may need to buy more make up as several of the actors need to look older. Several cast members are attending a make–up workshop so will get ideas for what we need then.

Catherine to put an advert in the Parish magazine. Nick to speak to ‘The view form Bridport’ and Bridport News. Di will contact John Dobinson to see if a board of photos can be made up and put in Pets Pavillion. It may clash with the Encore production.

Any Other Business
Christmas Dinner – Di has booked the ‘Quarterdeck’ at West Bay. The dinner will be on Saturday 6th December. 7.30pm for 8pm. It costs £10.00 a head. Catherine to send out a newsletter inviting people to the dinner.

Spring Play – As Symondsbury Players can’t put on a play – the Chideock Players have taken their booked dates in the Village Hall. All being well we shall be performing ‘Hayfever’ on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th April. Rehearsals start on the 5th January.

Date of next Meeting
This will be on Thursday 15th January at Diana’s house, 16 Maple Gardens, Bridport.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 9pm.
