WELCOME TO THE HOME OF THE CHIDEOCK PLAYERS

The Chideock Players have been entertaining audiences at the Chideock Village Hall since 1947 (with a slight break in the late 1970's and early 1980's). As a group, we aim to put on two performances each year, one of which maybe our biannual pantomime.

Natalie and Hilary will be combining their experience once again and will produce a show in November on the 20th, 21st and 22nd. Check out the Current link on the left for further details.

Sarah Burge returns from New Zealand!

Sarah returned for a holiday in May 2008 and had decided to give the Chideock Players an award to present on an annual basis for the "unsung" heroes back stage. Sarah had spent many years as the groups Stage Manager as well as working hard on the committee as secretary and chair. She has been missed by the group and it was wonderful to catch up on all her news. She presented the award to Di Dowle and hopes that we'll all remember her when "Sarah's Shield" is presented in the future!

Check out the new "Roll of Honour" page to find out more about the awards the group present to its members.
