Hayfever

As many of you will know we had to cancel our production which we orignally hoped to perform in March of this year. Due to casting difficulties we have decided to completly cancel the show and instead hope to have a murder mystery night in March next year.

Mary Anne Rimer

We are sorry to say that Mary Anne died in September. She had been with the players for many years and was a popular member of the group. We fondly remember her last play "Winter Glory". Donations for "Save the Children" were taken at her funeral and 'The Players' have donated £100.

Chideock Village Fete

We managed several fun stalls at the the village fete and raised £109.06 for our funds. We also managed to recruit some children for the forthcoming pantomime.

Sydney Gale

We are performing a few songs, poems etc for the residents of Sydney Gale Nursing Home on the afternoon of Saturday 16th January.

Christmas Dinner

We have decided to hold our Christmas dinner after Christmas this year on Saturday 16th January. It will be held at the West Bay pub. We hope as many members as possible - acting or not - old and new will support the dinner. Please contact Catherine Batten by Saturday 9th January if you wish to come.
